Zen Drives out to Edgewood BC
July 2nd 2004 A drive out past Lumby and Cherryville to Arrow Lake
This Okanagan territory is fabulously beautiful.
I brought the camera and grabbed these snaps.

After Cherryville, Rocky and I pulled in to
this beautiful spot, where Rocky went for
a swim.
Bonus
Movie: Rocky swims.

We pulled over to shoot this gulch stream
from far above on a bridge.

Arrow Lakes.

The kids from the camp site are enjoying their holidays.

Great fishing here apparently.

It is very peaceful here, the landscape dwarfs the humans.

hardly anyone here using this space.

Wearing my favorite Real Masse golf shirt,
I got out to soak in the landscape.

On the way back, the evening sun acted like a spotlight, illuminating the
beauty of the farmland.

I am not sure which crop this is, but the colours are great, and
the irrigation is a spectacular site. Without it, this would be
dessert.

The sun, the hills, and the jets of water, made me pull over a dozen times
to capture the light.

God gave me a thrill n the way back, as the light rain brought out this amazing
rainbow.

National Geographic has nothing on me!

As the sun dipped into the mountains, the lighting got dramatic.
My day in the beautiful Okanagan valley came to an end.
